NEWS!! JAZZTIME has relocated to the beautiful Arizona desert! Our farm in Post Falls, Idaho sold faster than we ever thought possible so our move was completed in less than a month!

Nancy has recently been honored by the American Morgan Horse Association by a humbling induction into the AMHA 2009 Hall of Fame.

Over the last 30 plus years we have been dedicated to the production of Morgans with true Morgan Type and Conformation, Refined Beauty and with Dispositions which allow them to excel in the show ring, and on the trail. All of our Morgans have been responsibly bred and registered with The American Morgan Horse Association and have DNA on record.

Our Morgans have proved competitive in numerous pleasure divisions throughout the Pacific Northwest and are well loved members of families as pleasure Morgans and/or breeding stock. Our fascination with this magnificent breed began in the early 1950's as we were first introduced to the Morgans of the Mon Heir and Shawalla Farms in Walla Walla, WA. After purchasing the nucleus of our first breeding stock and spending many years studying type, conformation and bloodlines we established our Jazztime prefix with the AMHA in 1976.

In the early years we chose stallions such as Tawncrest Kahlua, Skagit Atasi, Triton King David, Flight Commander, and Applevale Ben Pecos for our mares with strong lines to Mabel Owens Merrylegs Farm. Joining the world of modern Morgans, but keeping consistent breed type, we have chosen to include in our breeding program world class stallions such as High-Y Black Tie, and the Nobility sons DPR Noteability, Key West and Mtn Laurel Maximilian.. Included in the newest additions to our farm are a lovely western pleasure prospect, Jazztime GQ. This gorgeous 2 yr old colt has some big shoes to fill as the son of multiple WC Bears Covergirl, sired by another multiple WC Treble's Mucho Uno. 2009 saw the addition of a Mtn Laurel Maximilian colt, Jazztime Noteable Asset from the elegant DPR Noteability daughter, Jazztime Simply Noted. Also foaled, July 2009, is our last son of Shiloh Bold Command (now age 31 yrs!), Jazztime Final Chance. This colt is out of the Scandia bred mare, Dream Caribella (Scandia's Carribean Blue x Scandia's Moonbeam) and has recently been sold to a future breeding program.

Retirement finds us working toward reducing numbers and making several young mares available for purchase. Jazztime Indigo Frost has been leased by Spokane, WA breeder, Nan Robison. Nan also has a brand new 2010 filly, Danans Radiant Sapphire, by Shiloh Bold Command! Jazztime Mercy Me, a 2 yr old filly & granddaughter of Shiloh Bold Command has been purchased along with Jazztime Final Chance, yearling son of Shiloh Bold Command, by Jenni Grimmett, DVM of Sagle, ID.
