Heartland Hackney Farm

Numbering over 400 ponies, we are possibly the largest Hackney breeder in the world. Our primary goal is to raise the best breeding and show stock possible. Our farm's extensive breeding program includes ten stallions and over one-hundred brood mares. All of our stock benefits from hundreds of acres of lush, green, Iowa pastures spring through fall. During the winter, every pony on the farm has access to shelter. We also have nearly 50 Hackneys that are over 14.2 hands in height. It is our goal to produce a dynamic "horse sized" Hackney for the show ring.

Hackneys of all ages and ability levels are for sale at all times. Whether one is looking for a broodmare, weanling, show pony or promising young stallion, Heartland Hackney Farm should have just what your looking for. Our farm shows ponies as far west as Oklahoma City, OK and as far east a Devon, Pennsylvania.
