BBR Equestrian Center was created in 2005 by Ken Shepherd and Cindi Brobst to develop a boutique horse ranch where quality would be emphasized, and the size would be limited. We want each rider to have a total learning experience with the emphasis on safety. And, your horse will receive the care and attention that we give all the animals under our care. In addition, our breeding program focuses on raising top quality foals from world class mares and stallions, nurturing each foal with a desire to work with its human friends. Therefore, all horses for sale will have been handled with gentleness, kindness, and concern for its confidence and development to insure that it can realize its full potential. We will enjoy raising the foals properly, enjoying their childhood, then seeing them go to good homes where someone can show them or just enjoy them as we do. BBR Equestrian Center, a division of Broken Bone Ranch LLC is a state of the art boarding and training ranch near the beautiful Cypress Lake in Benton, Louisiana (just north of Bossier City - Shreveport).
