Silver Oaks Farm

Silver Oaks Farm is located in the beautiful Northwest Oregon, Columbia County. Just minutes from the famous Columbia River, Tim and Lori Larsen own and operate Silver Oaks Farm Appaloosa's in St. Helens, Oregon.

Tim and Lori grew up in Klamath Falls Oregon, and met in High School. They were married in 1981 and started their work with Appaloosa's. They migrated to the Portland metropolitan area in 1985, and in 1997 settled in St. Helen's Oregon.

Tim and Lori have won numerous national and world titles. Lori has received the Shatka Bear Step award and Tim has numerous World Show top ten placing in pleasure driving. They have coached many a youth and Non-Pro to various National and World titles. In 2003, Tim and Lori purchased Undertack. Over the years, Undertack has won National Champion and Reserve World Champion titles. The Larsens are excited to introduce Tacks first offspring showing in 2008.

Tim and Lori are focused on improving the Appaloosa breed by producing quality Appaloosa show horses and specializing in preparing Youth and Non-Pro riders for all around competition.

Silver Oaks Farm also provides superior rehabilitation and reproductive services for horses in need of special care.
