Chestnut roan.  15.3 hands. Regular papered and Foundation Pedigree Eligible.  This fabulous young mare is the result of our crossing our World Champion mare Our Kinda Vision with the outstanding 16.1 hand producing son of Maids Dream, Maids Midnite Delight. Lucy's sire, Maids Midnite Delite, has earned his open halter ROM, Non-Pro halter ROM and Most Colorful ROM with very limited showing. He was a Year-End Top Ten Finalist for Open Two Year Old Stallions for 2006 and Open Three Year Old Stallions for 2007. Lucy's dam, Our Kinda Vision, is a World Champion as well as having earned an Open Halter ROM- Non-Pro Halter, ROM in Youth Halter,"Year-End High Point Finalist", "International Year-End High Point Finalist," earned two top ten placings at at the Nationals. While Lucy doesn't have loud coloring (she does have a spot and frosting over her back and loin), she makes up for her lack of vivid spots with her winning personality and her production. Lucy is confirmed in foal for 2012 to our young black leopard stallion DR Hi Tech Domino. Domino is 15.2  hands at two years of age. His pedigree reads like "Who's Who" in AQHA and ApHC. Domino's sire, Hi Tech Cowboy (black leopard), came from our own breeding program. Hi Tech was a result of our breeding the renowned black leopard mare Impress A Cowboy (National Champion by Cowboy Justice X Impressive World) to Hall of Fame sire, Dreamfinder.   Hi Tech Cowboy's record was impressive and included 2002 Canadian National Halter Champion and 2002 Canadian National Most Colorful at Halter Champion, 3 ROM's, and Multiple World & National Top 5 Finishes. Domino came from his last foal crop and is a fitting legacy. Domino's dam, Spicy Conclusion (red leopard ), goes back to the immortal AQHA stallion, Obvious Conclusion three times. Her dam was an own daughter of Acclaim with heavy Plaudit breeding on the bottom side. Spicey Conclusion has three ROM's, a Top Ten placing at the ApHC Nationals, and was Top Ten twice in Leading the Nation. As you can see, this young stallion came by his quality and spots honestly. With limited showing, Domino has earned his own ROM in Most Colorful, was top 5 at the ApHC World show as well as a ApHC World Show Limited Halter Futurity money earner.
Lucy is well mannered, easy to train and to handle.  We are selling Lucy as we are retaining her leopard daughter for our breeding program.
